About this Lesson
Welcome to the Community Moves 'At-Home Program' (AHP)! We're delighted to have you with us.
As with our face to face sessions, this program has been developed to help people engage in regular, safe, and structured exercise, even when they can't attend the gym.
Before you begin, please make sure you have been cleared to participate in regular exercise by your doctor and are otherwise healthy.
It is extremely important that you watch the technical videos first and ensure that you can perform each of those movements and techniques properly. Unlike in the gym, there is no one there to help assess your form as we go or to provide feedback on your performance. However, the technical videos are there to help you create a really solid base to work from. Use them.
We've tried to use as little equipment as possible and will continue to do so. From time to time we might include another piece but will make sure it's versatile and will try and provide alternatives where possible.
Good movement is the foundation of good health. We hope this program helps you improve the way you move and the way you feel!
